Am I right for you? | Indiana senior and family photographer

Hey all.  So today I thought I would talk about how to find the right photographer for you.  It is SO important to make sure the photographer you choose meshes with you, gets you and what you want to get out of your session, and offers what you are looking for.

As a high school senior photographer I am meeting with you and a parent/guardian, having you fill out a questionnaire, asking about all your favorite things, , what you want to do after high school, talking about all the different types of locations that are available, outfits and more.  In other words…my style, is capturing your style and creating an experience with you that is uniquely yours.

As a family photographer, sessions look a little different.  While I take the posed, everything looks just right shots, I also get lots of raw, full of love and fun candid shots that shows all the amazing ways your family interacts.  I love capturing your love.

A few things to remember:  Always thoroughly review any photographer in consideration.  Look at their website, Facebook and Instagram.  Make sure you like their work, they offer the session you are looking for and in the budget you have set (or offer payment plans!) and offer the prints and products you want.  If you don’t find what you are looking for or don’t particularly care for their work, keep looking!

You may find a photographer that seems PERFECT for you and your needs, but when you look at the investment and package pricing, your heart stops and you know they are not in your budget.  Here is something to think about.  Nine times out of ten, you get what you pay for.  Don’t always go for the cheap photographer.  Check to see if that perfect photographer for you offers payment plans.  Don’t see it?  Give them a call and ask about payment plans or about any specials that are not on their website.  It doesn’t hurt to ask and as long as you aren’t trying to negotiate their prices, everything will go just fine!

Hopefully this bit of information helps when trying to find the right photographer for you.  If I seem to be your perfect photographer (and I REALLY hope I am!), give me a call or send me a Facebook message and lets schedule a time to talk!
